Autism & ADHD Parenting Support

Practical Guidance for Parents Navigating Autism, ADHD, and Neurodivergence

Repploy Counselling & ASD Services provides counselling and specialist neurodiversity-informed support to parents and carers raising children with autism, ADHD, or related neurodevelopmental differences. Our work draws on professional training, lived experience, and a practical understanding of the emotional, behavioural, sensory, and family challenges that can arise.

Support focuses on helping parents better understand their child’s needs, strengthen communication, reduce escalation, navigate daily challenges, and make informed decisions within their parenting role.

We do not provide clinical therapy or behavioural intervention directly to children through this service, and our work does not replace allied health therapy, school-based supports, medical care, or formal NDIS Behaviour Support services where these are required.

Our Autism & ADHD Parenting Support service is tailored to meet the unique needs of each family. We focus on:

  • Individualised Consultations: One-on-one sessions to discuss your specific parenting concerns and set clear, achievable goals.
  • Parent Guidance & Practical Strategies: Support to better understand autism, ADHD, sensory needs, emotional regulation, communication differences, and behaviour as communication.
  • Family-Centred Solutions: Helping parents and carers create calmer, more predictable home environments that support the child’s strengths and needs.
  • Practical Tools & Resources: Providing realistic strategies, visual supports, routines, and educational resources that can be used in everyday family life.
What to Expect:
  • Personalised Guidance: We take the time to understand your family’s unique situation and work collaboratively to provide tailored guidance and practical strategies.
  • Empowerment Through Knowledge: Gain insights and strategies that help you advocate for your child’s educational, social, and emotional needs.
  • A Confidential Environment: Our sessions are conducted in a safe, private setting where your concerns are met with understanding and respect.
  • Ongoing Support: Continued guidance and follow-up sessions to adapt your plan as your child grows and your needs evolve.
