Termination
Repploy reserves the right to deny you any access service at our absolute discretion (which may not include any of the services or information available through any electronic media) or any part of it at any time without explanation.Termination of service will happen immediately through threat or action of physical and abusive behaviours, which put staff at risk; and or if known risk behaviours within the last 2 years have not been disclosed at time of service or as soon as becomes apparent.Repploy reserves the right to conduct a risk assessment prior to service commencement.Repploy reserves the right to terminate or refer participants, clients and families if it is deemed at our discretion that the support requirements for the individual fall outside of our scope of practice.
Liability
No Liability is accepted by Repploy for any loss or damage which may arise out of any person relying on or using any information on this site or during sessions. Repploy shall not be liable to any person relying on or using such information for (a) loss of revenue, loss of actual or anticipated salary, loss of actual and or anticipated profits whether arising in the normal course of business or otherwise including, without limitation, loss of profits or contracts); loss or damage to employment prospects, loss of opportunity; loss of use of money; loss of anticipated savings; loss of business loss of goodwill; loss or damage to reputation; loss of or corruption to data; loss of management or administration time; legal and other professional fees and expenses; or (b) any indirect or consequential loss or damages caused (including, without limitation, by reason of misrepresentation, negligence, other torts, breach of contract or breach of statutory duty) which arise directly or indirectly from the subject matter of this site and or service. However nothing in the above shall limit or excuse Repploy’s liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or to the extent otherwise permitted by law.

Repploy does not under any circumstances hold any liability for clients who choose to engage and partake in our services; display escalated behaviours and or risk behaviours; Repploy acknowledges our duty of care to both participants and staff; inclusive of each individual has the right to Dignity of Risk”.Repploy does not at any time condone the use of “restrictive measures” and will not under any circumstances advise as to medications or use of PRN. Repploy does not accept any liability for medications and or Behaviour Support plans, reporting or Restrictive practices outlined or implemented by Allied health professionals, Mental health professionals Doctors, schools or alike.
