At Repploy Counselling & ASD Services, our outreach counselling supports individuals and families who benefit from receiving counselling in familiar, everyday environments. We recognise that traditional clinic-based settings are not always accessible or appropriate, particularly for children, young people, and individuals with complex needs.
Outreach counselling may be delivered in the home, at school (where appropriate), or within agreed community settings, depending on individual needs, safety considerations, and referral context.
Our approach prioritises emotional safety, trust, and consistency. Sessions are structured to support emotional regulation, communication, insight, and coping skills within the context of the client’s daily environment.
Outreach support may be appropriate for individuals who:
Experience anxiety or distress attending clinic-based sessions
Have mobility, access, or transport barriers
Are involved with NDIS or DFFH services
Benefit from support embedded within real-world settings
All outreach work is planned collaboratively and delivered within clear professional boundaries. Public or community-based sessions are carefully considered to ensure privacy, consent, and appropriateness at all times.
This service is delivered as counselling support and does not replace clinical therapy, behavioural intervention, or crisis response services.
Outreach counselling is provided following individual risk assessment, consent, and suitability review. This service is not a crisis or emergency response.
