Having navigated the complexities of family court and raising children with similar challenges, Mike's insights are deeply rooted in personal experience. His dedication to family shines through his 15 years of a successful marriage following a previous divorce, and his commendable achievements as a stay-at-home dad to a child diagnosed with Aspergers Syndrome and another on the spectrum. Mike’s journey includes successfully overcoming personal challenges related to addiction, which has enriched his approach to counselling with a deep sense of authenticity and resolve. Through his training in relationship counselling and conflict resolution and acting as a Gatekeeper for Domestic Violence, Mike is adept at handling sensitive interpersonal issues and guiding individuals towards healthier, safer relationship dynamics. His professional knowledge coupled with his genuine, lived experience provides invaluable support for individuals and families navigating the challenges of Autism, substance abuse, and mental health issues.
