Terms and Conditions

1. Termination of Services 
Repploy Counselling & ASD Services reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services at its discretion where it is determined that continued engagement falls outside the scope of our practice, presents safety concerns, or is otherwise unsuitable. 
This may include, but is not limited to:
- Incomplete or inaccurate disclosure of relevant information
- Identified safety or risk concerns
- Behaviour or support needs outside Repploy’s scope of practice
- Failure to comply with agreed service terms
Repploy may recommend referral to alternative or more appropriate services where required. 

2. Scope of Services 

Repploy provides counselling and ASD-informed support services within defined professional boundaries. 
Our services: 
- Are not crisis or emergency services
- Do not replace medical, psychiatric, behavioural, or legal interventions
- Do not include diagnosis, medication management, or restrictive practices
- Are delivered in accordance with ethical, professional, and legislative requirements
Clients requiring urgent support should contact emergency services or appropriate crisis supports. 

3. Liability 
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Repploy Counselling & ASD Services is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from reliance on information provided through this website or during service delivery. 
This includes (without limitation): 
- Indirect or consequential loss
- Loss of income, opportunity, or anticipated savings
- Reputational or business loss
- Emotional or psychological outcomes outside the agreed scope of service
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law. 

4. Client Responsibility 
Clients are responsible for: 
- Providing accurate and relevant information
- Engaging honestly and respectfully in the service
- Ensuring services accessed are appropriate for their needs
- Managing their own safety outside scheduled sessions
Repploy does not accept responsibility for outcomes resulting from information withheld, misrepresented, or actions taken outside the counselling context. 

5. Behaviour, Safety, and Risk 
Repploy maintains a zero-tolerance approach to violence, intimidation, or unsafe behaviour. 
Where risk is identified, Repploy may: 
- Pause or terminate services
- Conduct risk assessment
- Refer to alternative or emergency supports
Repploy does not implement or endorse restrictive practices, behaviour support plans, medication regimes, or interventions outside counselling scope. 

6. Payments and Fees 
Clients agree that: 
- Fees are payable as outlined at the time of booking
- Responsibility for payment remains with the client unless otherwise agreed
- Cancellations and missed appointments, within 48 hours of the appointment, may incur fees in line with the cancellation policy
NDIS participants are responsible for ensuring services align with their plan and funding category. 

7. Disclaimer 
Repploy does not guarantee specific outcomes from counselling services. Progress and outcomes vary based on individual circumstances, engagement, and external factors. Participation in counselling does not guarantee resolution of issues or achievement of specific goals. 

8. Privacy and Confidentiality 
All personal information is managed in accordance with Repploy’s Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy legislation. Confidentiality may be limited where disclosure is required by law, including mandatory reporting obligations. 

9. Changes to Terms 
Repploy may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of the current terms.
