Support that meets you where you are

At Repploy Counselling & ASD Services, we understand that people don’t seek support because life is easy — they seek it because something isn’t working. Whether you’re navigating neurodiversity, behavioural challenges, family stress, trauma, or personal burnout, our services are designed to provide practical, compassionate support that actually fits real life.

Led by Trudy Cahill and Mike Cahill, Repploy offers professional counselling and ASD-informed support grounded in both clinical training and lived experience. We focus on understanding the person behind the behaviour, reducing overwhelm, and helping individuals and families move forward with clarity and confidence.

Not sure which service is right for you?

Many of our clients aren’t certain what support they need when they first reach out — and that’s okay. Some people benefit from individual counselling, others from ASD-specific support, family sessions, or a combination of approaches. We’ll help you identify the right starting point based on your situation, goals, and capacity.

Individual Counselling

Individual counselling supports people who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or emotionally drained and want a safe, non-judgemental space to talk things through. Sessions focus on understanding what’s going on beneath the surface, building insight, and developing practical strategies to cope with everyday challenges.

Support may include stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, identity exploration, emotional regulation, and life transitions.

Addiction & Recovery Support

This service supports individuals who are struggling with substance use or addictive behaviours, as well as those who are early in recovery or at risk of relapse. Support is grounded in lived experience, practical strategies, and a non-judgemental understanding of how addiction develops and persists.

Sessions focus on understanding triggers, building insight, strengthening emotional regulation, and developing realistic coping strategies that support long-term change. Support is tailored to where the person is at — whether that’s ambivalence, active change, or maintenance of recovery.

ASD-Informed Support

Our ASD-informed services support autistic children, adolescents, and adults in ways that respect neurodiversity and individual differences. We focus on understanding behaviour as communication and tailoring strategies that work in real life — not just on paper.

Support may include emotional regulation, sensory processing, social understanding, daily living skills, identity and self-esteem, and navigating school, work, or community settings.

Child & Adolescent Support

This service supports children and young people who are experiencing emotional, behavioural, or social challenges. Sessions are developmentally appropriate and may include play-based, visual, or conversational approaches depending on the child’s needs.

We also work closely with parents and carers to provide guidance, consistency, and practical strategies that can be used at home and school.

Family & Parent Support

Family and parent support focuses on strengthening relationships, improving communication, and reducing tension within the home. This service is particularly helpful for families navigating neurodiversity, trauma histories, or ongoing behavioural challenges.

Support includes understanding family dynamics, setting realistic boundaries, reducing burnout, and helping parents feel more confident and supported in their role.

Behavioural & Capacity-Building Support (NDIS)

This service supports NDIS participants to build capacity, improve daily functioning, and develop skills that support greater independence and emotional wellbeing. All support is delivered through a respectful, trauma-informed, and neuro-affirming lens.

Services are tailored to the individual and aligned with NDIS goals where applicable. Capacity-building support may include the development of everyday life skills, emotional regulation, social understanding, and community participation.

You can learn more about what this support can involve on our Capacity Building & Life Skills page.
